"Was purchasing my first home, and thought I would organise a pre-purchase building inspection. Was recommended John at Absolute Building Inspections and gave him a call. John clearly explained over the phone exactly what his services were and what it covered, I opted for a full exterior and interior inspection with the addition of their water moisture test. I only gave him a couple days notice, and he arrived on time and with all the equipment needed. He was very professional, tidy and helpful with any questions I had regarding any areas I wanted to examine further. I am so glad I opted for the extra moisture test as John made sure to check everywhere and even places where I would have never thought to check. He examined the entire house from top to bottom and even climbed inside of the roof and took some photos for me.
